This is a tryptic wall plaque project. You will be creating three, 10"x10" clay tiles using an assortment of surface treatments. We'll consider color, pattern, and basic design principles to make art for your wall. Come play and have fun. The workshop includes all materials, firing and light snacks.

This clay slab projcet is easy to make and a functional piece of pottery you can use in your kitchen. It's dishwasher safe and microwavable. Come join us if you'd like to try pottery for the first time or you'd like to learn some new techniques.

Wheel Throwing Classes

Have you ever wanted to try your hand at the potters wheel? Maybe you've already have been throwing, but would like to improve your skill set. This is a small class that enables students to work at their own level with lots of individualized instruction.
All materials and firing fees included.

John Kellum is an expert when it comes to alternative firing techniques. You will have the opportunity to bring your pottery pieces to experience four different methods. Raku, Naked Raku, Cooper Matt & Horse Hair. John will also be demonstrating wheel throwing and other methods for creating unique vessels. Glazes, firing and a light lunch will be included.
