Hand Building for Alternative Firing
Class Information
This workshop is for the person taking the Alternative Firing Workshop in February. Prior hand building experience preferred. We'll create four different forms that best suit the firing of Horse Hair, Saggar Firing, Naked Raku and Obvara Firing. Each piece will be constructed differently and will add to your hand building skills that you will use in your future projects. The first day we will build, the second day you'll apply a Terra Sigallata surface and polish your pots. The workshop will take four hours and I'll provide a light snack the first meeting.

Cancellation Policy
If you are not able to attend and cancel 14 days prior to classes starting, you will receive a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee. If it is past the 14 day period, you'll have a full credit towards a future class. If you would like to schedule a makeup session, the cost is $20 per hour.
